Volunteering with a not-for-profit organisation such as the Childhood Cancer Association can be a very rewarding experience.

Even if you are not directly working with families whilst volunteering with the organisation, you can be assured that your assistance will be either directly or indirectly supporting families who are going through the childhood cancer journey.










There are many ways you can volunteer with the Childhood Cancer Association, including:

Family Services team

  • Administration
  • Childminding
  • Group Leaders

Events & Fundraising team

  • General administrative support for a variety of fundraising activities and events
  • Administrative support with our annual major lottery
  • Fundraising and event support for events throughout the year - eg City-Bay Fun Run

Childhood cancer presents many challenges for the child and their family. It affects not only the child but their brothers and sisters, parents, grandparents, friends and the whole community.
